Special Notice:
Our clients have encountered a rash of damaged wheel rims allegedly from valet services. The wheels can usually be repaired for $75.00 a wheel, but unfortunately this repair is the responsibility of our clients. In some cases the tire has also been damaged, which required a costly replacement. We strongly encourage our clients to check the vehicle when it is returned by valets and BEFORE we retrieve the vehicle.

No vehicles permitted west of the Mississippi River, or out of the United States. Unfortunately we do not service the state of Michigan. Deliveries/retrievals on rentals outside the central Ohio area, such as Cleveland or Cincinnati, require a one time fee. Call us for details.
